Purpose of this workshop

Evaluation of prospective students, current students, and graduates has become more and more critical. The testing tools you develop must effectively discriminate between the behaviors you desire and do not desire. Now there is a comprehensive test development seminar to increase your ability to develop questions using the NCLEX Test Plan format: Client needs with Nursing Process and Bloom's Cognitive Levels integrated.
The skills developed in this workshop will enable you to write and evaluate questions. You will produce more effective tests and help prepare your students to pass the NCLEX and other tests.
