Arnett Development Corporation is the leader in delivery of online testing
systems for nursing with the most up-to-date online testing system with the
maximum level of flexibility and security. Arnett Development Corporation is an
Internet Service Provider (ISP) and all of the hardware and software to support
internet testing in located in our office. ADC does not have tests, test
information, summary data, etc. located at distant sites. All information is
readily available within our offices.
The use of the ADC online testing system provides the
following features for the students and faculty:
| Students can get instant results. These results can be viewed on the
screen, printed or emailed to the student and faculty for review at a later
date. |
| Every question is referenced to your current text books and numerous other
text books used by schools of nursing throughout the nation. Currently our
text book reference list includes over 155 different books/editions. ADC
references to the most current text book and will add onto the data base any
text book that is one previous edition back. This accommodates schools that use
the same text books for the entire nursing program. |
| If for any reason that the internet connection is lost the students
results are not lost and the student will only need to sign back into the
testing site and resume the test. The key is that there will be no lost data. |
| All of the online tests have the ability to be "scrambled" an unlimited
amount of times so students will not see the same question as the student next
to them. The results are printed in the same scrambled format as questions
answered, this will minimize the chance for cheating or sharing information on
missed concepts. |
| Eliminates the time for packing, shipping, waiting for results, test
security and cost of shipment as with paper and pencil tests. |
| Faculty can review students results online at any time during the testing
window. The faculty will also get an email of each students’ results as soon
as the student has completed the test and reviewed their results. The student
has the option of getting the same email results. |
| After the test window has closed ADC will print a consolidated school
report for that test and forward it to your location. There is no additional
cost associated with this service. This report includes copies of the
student's mastery results and summary data for the following areas: |

All of ADC contents tests have national norms and are update each year. The
reliability and validity of the tests are provided on this web site.
NCLEX is currently developing the new innovative question formats for
inclusion into the national test stating in April, 2003. ADC has already
developed the New Questions Format Test which includes all of these new formats and will be
available Free to all students graduating in April - June, 2003 if the
school of nursing has signed the students up for this free offer. After June this test will be available for a cost of $20.00 per student and
can only be purchased by schools of nursing.
