The Arnett Development Corporation Diagnostic Entrance Test is a 148 item test divided into four major parts with an optional Science test . The optional Science test is a 60 item test. The DET is designed to determine the current knowledge base of students planning on entering secondary level education classes. The DET has the following major areas of coverage: English, Reading/Comprehension, Critical Thinking, and Math. The DET Science is a separate test that can be administered in conjunction with the other four parts. ADC has one of the most up to date web based testing system in the industry. No software has to be loaded to your computers and the results can be provided instantly for you and the student via online testing. Paper & Pencil results are processed in 48 hours after receipt by ADC.

After completion of the DET the School will receive individual student results and references for each question missed to assist them in studying these areas. Immediate results are available to the student taking the online DET. Study Materials:A List of recommended study materials (study guides and text books) for the students planning to take the DET is provided to the schools so that the students will have study materials to prepare to take this test.
