Package This package was designed to meet the total diagnostic needs of Nurse Educators who have expressed a desire to have a program that assesses nursing students throughout the program, I.E. entrance to exit. The program must also meet and exceed the outcome criteria as specified by NLNAC for Critical Thinking and other Program Outcomes. The initial Diagnostic Entrance Test for Nursing (DET) must be geared to pinpoint the best candidates for selection to the nursing program. Once selected into the program, continuous evaluation of performance must be made (standardized assessment tests ) that provides a constant evaluation and feedback on student performance throughout the program.
