The Complete Ladder Success Testing
Package The ladder program was especially designed to accommodate schools that have multiple entry and exit points in their nursing program. The program can be called several different names i.e. one-plus-one program, level program, transition program, etc. This program is designed to accommodate entry level students starting with the Practical Nursing curriculum completing the first phase of the nursing program and becoming a License Practical Nurse and then starting back into the second phase of the nursing program to complete their nursing courses to become a Registered Nurse. ADC content tests would be used to evaluate the students knowledge throughout both of the programs (PN and RN). The tests would follow your curriculum and the students would take the content tests associated with the content presented. At the completion of the practical nursing curriculum the students would be given the PN Arnett Comprehensive Examination and a Computer Adaptive Test would be administrated to the student to determine their readiness for NCLEX-PN and assess the amount of studying the student may require prior to taking the NCLEX-PN. At the completion of the registered nursing curriculum the students would be given the RN Arnett Comprehensive Examination and a Computer Adaptive Test would be administrated to the student to determine their readiness for NCLEX-RN and assess the amount of studying the student may require prior to taking the NCLEX-RN. “The Complete Success Testing Package from Entrance to Exit” Test your student on what you want.
